You have a :
- CAP “cuisine
- Professional certificate in “cooking” (Brevet professionnel de ” cuisinier “)
- Professional baccalaureate in the hotel and catering industry
Your missions
As part of the restaurant team, your main missions will be to:
- Prepare dishes according to the culinary production plan
- Respect the rules of hygiene, food safety and the Restoleil quality charter
- Cook a particular type of dish (dessert, fish, meat, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of tasty dishes
Your job
Seasonal fixed-term contract
- Contract dates: from 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022
- Net monthly salary: 2000 euros net per month
- Working hours: 42H55
