You have a minimum of 3 years experience, including at least 1 year in a similar position.

Votre qualification
You have a :
- Professional BAC in the hotel and catering industry
- BTS in hotel and catering
Your missions
As part of the restaurant team, you will mainly be responsible for :
- Controlling the cost of materials, following up on administrative tasks.
- Respecting and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, the establishment’s quality charter and budgetary requirements (staff training).
- Controlling and coordinating activities of the team and the service.
Your job
Seasonal fixed-term contract
- Contract dates: From 01/05/2022 to 01/10/2022
- Net monthly salary: 2300 – 2500 euros net per month depending on profile
- Working hours: 42H55
- Food and lodging
